It also handles any file type that you define. Native support for all multimedia file formats.It contains 2 systems of categorisation of your data which allows for cross referencing files without moving them from their actual location on any hard drives or on the net. Also allows for quick capture from peripheral devices such as scanners and digital cameras. It contains a patent-pending marker system that allows you to tag your files according to your own logic and allows you to quickly find those files again. In short, Anokee Media Central PLUS will scan your drives for files of any description, it will display the contents of all your multimedia files (text and other file support coming soon) and it will allow you to categorise and store them any way that works for you. The interface is simple and easy to use and the tagging system is likewise easy to understand. Cross-Referencing using the project folder option takes a little more work but is well worth the effort. It also has a good basic editing program.MC is a tool and not a solution to your data management problem. It is intended to be as human as possible. In fact, it can be said that it is a program in evolution. That evolution is directly related to you the user, the feedback you give us, and an ongoing understanding of the knowledge management issue. In one sense you could say that Anokee´s users are as much a part of the program as is the code. We encourage ongoing relationships with our users whereby they tell us what they need in order to make their computer time more enjoyable and efficient, and we try and meet those needs.
