The Recruiter Utility Program (RUP) provides the ability to calculate different recruiting opportunities, for specific employment types. Whether your recruiting for Permanent Placement, or Contract Placement, you can calculate your Placement Fee Bonus, Contract Hours, Gross and Net Income, Spread, Burden Rate, etc. As a newly released but fully tested program, we designed our interface to encourage users to suggest new features or enhancements.
