Advanced Graphical Interface (Q4smartPanes) is the professional solution for creating dynamic, scrollable, multi-paned and split-windows applications in Visual Basic 5 and 6. There are five complementary components in Q4smartPanes that make it easy for you to create truly sophisticated and user-friendly applications, with the absolute minimum of code needed to manage the GUI part of your applications. 1. Images can come from Windows stdPicture interfaces, from in-memory Blobs, from the file system and directly from Web and FTP servers. It can have an editable caption and a built-in selection check-box and a number of other properties and methods which make it easy to build image based applications. 3. Q4scrollPanel. You can use this control to automatically and dynamically create scrolling panels with any number of controls inside it. You design the panel, set the size, and the control will dynamically and automatically manage the scroll-bars and the scrolling of the content. 4. Q4splitH. Create horizontal split-windows which automatically and dynamically resize their contents without any coding required. Use the advanced methods, properties and events to create really slick applications. 5. Q4splitV. The vertical split-windows version of Q4splitH. All controls have a powerful and comprehensive but simple architecture combined with rich event model which eases the building of complex GUI applications in Visual Basic.
