Nutrition Analyser also comes complete with "Food Database" containing over 6000 items as well as their nutrition value of over 30 nutrients Features:Records your personal details and tracks you weight performance. Assess you health using BMI (Body Mass Index) and let it guide you with setting your goals Set your Target Weight, Target Energy Intake and the amount of energy you desire to burn during activities and exercises. Break down you desired Energy Intake to their percentage from Carbohydrate (starch and sugar), Protein, Fat (saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated ) and Alcohol. And adjust your goals for each of these components. Get a estimation on how long would it take to achieve the desired goals (weight ) base on your preferences and settings. On a daily bases records your food intakes (for each of your meals and snacks ) On a daily bases records your activities and exercises.
