However, neither Outlook nor other programs provide any direct support to the process of the meeting.TEAMeeting does so in complete harmony with MS OUTLOOK®, it is based on e-mail only and does not require any server, therefore, it can accommodate and manage meetings with anyone who runs an OUTLOOK® system.
