Proactive Customer Support was designed to be a generic help desk program. It may be used by IT type help desks support computer users, however, it does not provide for inventory data. It just allows for a quick and efficicent means of recording updating information about users or customers and their requests for information or support. The windows based application is multi user ready at not additional cost and the web interface is included in the same site license registration fee of $499.
