ChatOnSite window on local pc will blink that a visitor has requested to chat with the operator. Operator will click a link to chat with that visitor. What you get: You get Live Chatter software for local PC. (this will be used by the operator to chat live to visitors). ASP scripts to host them on your site (these will be used by the visitor on your site to chat with you). SQL database scripts to generate tables which will be located on your site server (they will store all of the chat communication between you and the visitors).
