The browser based application is comprehensive enough that many technicians will do all their updating of requests and computer/peripheral/software inventory without using the windows based portion of the program. The web interface consists of a combination of .asp and .html tempates. Both the windows and web applications are the front end to a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or 2000 database. The price of $750 per location is for unlimited users.
